Jordan

Jordan D. Schmidt is the general manager of Infinity Electric. As the son of a businessman and a graduate of a private academy, Jordan’s early years were shaped by highly principled mentors and a spirit of excellence. His interest in business management began during his childhood on his family's 2,000-acre corn, soybean, and hog farm in central Illinois, where he learned the values of self-reliance and hard work through various early business ventures. After completing a 2-year program in Construction Management at Illinois State University, Jordan moved to Washington State to work for a prominent commercial construction company. There, he gained valuable experience managing complex commercial construction projects. Following three years of involvement in multi-million-dollar projects, he became an executive assistant to a real estate developer, overseeing two residential community developments totaling 222 acres and 89 lots. Two years later, Jordan founded his own construction company and several spin-off businesses, collectively generating over $2 million in annual sales. With the onset of COVID, he delegated operational responsibilities to key personnel and relocated to Arizona to ensure a safer environment for his young family. In Arizona, he led the development of Rancho Almasomos, a 132-acre biodynamic farm offering a farm-to-table hospitality experience for corporate, institutional, and wedding events. He successfully assembled and led a team of seasoned executives, managers, advisors, and skilled workers, contributing significantly to the ranch's success (https://ranchoalmasomos.com/). In 2024, Jordan moved his family to Ventura, California, attracted by the opportunity to apply his leadership and management expertise at Infinity Electric. He found alignment with the vision and leadership of Michael Adams. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jordan values playing basketball with his teenage sons, supporting his entrepreneurial daughter, mountain biking, and socializing with friends.
